For me, you just channeled what Lawson Little taught. He made light of his own physique and used to wiggle his hands. He would say these move fast. These are bad for golf. Then he would put his hands on his rather ample belly and say the hands can’t move faster than this. He proceeded to do exactly what your video shows. Then he proceeded to make a shot, freeflowing and well struck. Great video Maureen! Brought back some memories. Thanks.
This is fabulous demonstration of mind body connection. The belly button focus versus head focus.
Also the simple statement that tension and deep breathing are incompatible is an extremely important concept.
This was perhaps the best demonstration of concepts in Zen Golf that I have seen.
